What size should I order?

Our sizes range from XSmall - 3XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. Because unisex sizes tend to run big women, it's advisable for women to order one size down from their regular size. Additional sizes to 5XL are available upon request. Please indicate in notes with your order.

What type of printing process is used on wear.ur.vibe apparel?

Our tees and hoodies are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both screen printing and heat transfer processes.

Will the designs fade?

Some of the prints will fade after numerous wash cycles. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.

Care tips:

Wash inside out, using cold water, hang dry to maintain the quality of the print. If you have to iron, flip inside out and iron on low heat to preserve graphics / print on garment. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

We ship orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail in the USA. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. DHL international express shipping is available on request.

Do you offer package tracking?

You will receive tracking information in a separate email as soon as your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.

My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?

If your order has not been marked delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up and / or reach out to your postal worker directly.

If your tracking doesn't update after 5 business days, please contact customer support on hi@wearurvibe.com.


What is your return policy?

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase so WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email if you have any questions.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 15 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What about refunds?

We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing it. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
